WHEREAS, IAF Development, LLC c/o Veridian Homes, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
South High Point Road from McKee Road northerly to Sta. 21+10.
Stratton Way from the west line of Lot 225 easterly to South High Point Road.
Winter Park Place from the north line of Lot 225 southerly then easterly to the end of the cul-de-sac.
Snowcap Trail from Winter Park Place southerly to the north line of Lot 166.
Sidewalk on the north side of McKee Road from South High Point Road westerly to the west line of Lot 167.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1961 $308,994 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee shall have commenced on July 18, 2005.
