Body

WHEREAS, IAF Development, LLC   c/o  Veridian Homes, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

Interlaken Pass/Crawling Stone Road from south line of Outlot 5 (existing street) to Sta. 71+45 (existing street).

Glacier Circle from Interlaken Pass/Crawling Stone Road to end.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1910 $246,140.00 useful life of 40-years.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the one year guarantee shall have commenced on November 9, 2006.
