Body
WHEREAS, Block Twenty Six, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements adjacent to the Fourth Ward Lofts Condominium PUD located at 605-613 West Main Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on March 16, 2003.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1914 $53,423.70 useful life of 40 years.
