Body

WHEREAS,  King Street Apartments, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on King Street and Wilson Street adjacent to the King and Wilson Street Housing PUD.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on August 4, 2006.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1947 $6,600 useful life of 40 years.
