To amend the 2006 Capital Budget to fund park improvements at Churchill Heights Park.

Whereas, The Parks Division is requesting authorization to use $40,000 in 2006 Park Development Fees account SI04 to be used exclusively for park improvements for Churchill Heights Park; and
Whereas, expenditures for the improvements will be charged as follows

CE60.58515.810402.00.000000.60694N00 (Park Equipment) $15,000
CE60.58285810402.00.0000000.60694N00 (Lighting) $ 5,000
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council hereby authorizes that the Parks 2006 Capital Budget be amended to include $40,000 from the 2006 Park Development Fees account to pay for the park improvements to Churchill Heights Park.
