To amend the 2006 Parks Division Capital Budget to include Park Improvements for Mayfair Park.

Whereas, The Engineering Division sold a parcel of land on Sycamore Avenue contingent upon the funds being used exclusively for improvements to Mayfair Park; and
Whereas, The Parks Division is requesting authorization to use the funds for park improvements for Mayfair Park; and
Whereas, the sale price of $17,700 was deposited in CL60-79460-810402.00.0000000.00000000; and
Whereas, expenditures for the improvements to Mayfair Park will be charged as follows:
CL60.54301.810402.00.0000000.60402N00 (bldg repair) $ 5,700
CL60.54305.810402.00.0000000.60402N00 (plumbing) $12,000
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council hereby authorizes that the Parks 2006 Capital Budget be amended to include $17,700 to pay for the park improvements to Mayfair Park.
