The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3235. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3235.  The following described property is hereby omitted from the C3 Highway Commercial District and added to M1 Limited Manufacturing District:
Part of the North ½ of the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 23, T7N, R10E, in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows:  Commencing at the NW corner of the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of said Section 23; thence along the North line of the said SW ¼ of the SW ¼, N87°50'59"E, 916.24 feet (recorded as east 924.9 feet) to the point of beginning; thence continuing along said North line 291.93 feet to a point 125 feet westerly of the East line of the said SW ¼ of the SW ¼; thence along a line parallel to and 125 feet westerly of said East line, S00°14'28"W, 235.19 feet; thence S87°50'59"W, 291.15 feet to a point on the East line of Certified Survey Map No. 7369; thence along the East line of said Certified Survey Map No. 7369, N00°01'00"E, 235.16 feet (recorded as N00°01'35"E and N00°15'E) to the point of beginning.  This parcel contains 1.49 acres."
