Resolved that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in Grandview Commons - Phase 5, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $1,500.00 to expire not earlier than July 11, 2007, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
