The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3218. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3218. The following described property is hereby omitted from the R1 Single-Family Residence District and added to the R3 Single-Family and Two-Family Residence District:
Lot 25, Hammersley Heights, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin.  This parcel contains 2.01 acres."
