The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3202. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3202. The following described property is hereby omitted from the R6 General Residence District and R6H General Residence District and added to the C2 General Commercial District:
All of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, and Part of Lots 5, 6, 9 and 10, Block 91, Original Plat of Madison, all being a part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 14, T7N, R9E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Meander corner for the Southeast corner of said Section 14; thence N38°34'12"W, 436.61 feet to the most Easterly corner of Block 91, aforesaid, said point also being the intersection of the Southwesterly right of way line of North Pinckney Street and the Northwesterly right of way line of East Dayton Street; thence S46°11'35"W, along said right-of-way line of East Dayton Street, 192.30 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S46°11'35"W, along said right of way line, 139.20 feet to the Northeasterly right of way line of Wisconsin Avenue; thence N43°48'07"W, along said right of way line, 264.13 feet to the Southeasterly right of way line of East Johnson Street; thence N46°12'16"E, along said right of way line, 211.96 feet; thence S43°15'58"E, 87.97 feet; thence N46°13'06...
