PREAMBLE

Valley View Road, from 1400' west of Lone Oak Drive to 800' east of Lone Oak Drive will be reconstructed to improve the sight distance.  Dane County Highway Department specializes in the repair and construction of town roads and is willing to construct the improvements to Valley View Road.

BE IT RESOLVED:

1.  That the Mayor and City Clerk be and hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Dane County for the said improvements.
