Body

WHEREAS, Great Neighborhoods West, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of sidewalk and bituminous pedestrian trail improvements listed below in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following sidewalks be and are hereby accepted:

Concrete walkway adjacent to Outlot 5 and Outlot 7.

Bituminous walkway crossing various Outlots along the north plat line and the northwest corner of Lot 378.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2001 $35,742.65 useful life of 40-years.
