Body

WHEREAS, Great Neighborhoods West, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

Dewberry Drive from Starr Grass Drive northerly and easterly to Outlots 5 and 7

Copper Leaf Trail from Outlots 5 and 7 northeasterly to Starr Grass Drive.

Grind and overlay Starr Grass Drive from Sta. 32+64.83 to Sta. 41+93.58

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2001 $149,125.54 useful life of 40-years.
