Body

WHEREAS, FHB Investments, LLC  has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

Dairy Drive from World Dairy Drive to Femrite Drive.

Blazing Star Drive from Dairy Drive to Prairie Dock Drive.

Prairie Dock Drive from Blazing Star Drive to Dairy Drive.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1854 $412,183.13 useful life of 40 years; and,

FURTHERMORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the 1-year guarantee for this work shall commence on January 24, 2006.
