Body

WHEREAS, Great Neighborhoods, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

Star Spangled Trail from the south line of Lot 106 (existing street) to Banner Circle.

Eagles Perch Drive from Banner Circle to Valor Way.

Valor Way from the south line of Lot 148 to the north plat line.

Banner Circle from Star Spangled Drive/Eagles Perch Drive to the south end.

Eagles Perch Circle from Valor Way to the west end.

Glory Court from Valor Way to the west end.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1994 $229,705.03 useful life of 40-years.
