WHEREAS, Meadowlands Land, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
 
Milwaukee Street from the west plat line (existing street) to the east line of Lot 221.
Reston Heights Drive from Sta. 50+37.65 to Sta. 54+81.56 (east line of Lot 219)
Silver Dawn Drive from Wind Stone Drive to the east line of Lot 18.
Littlemore Drive from Sta. 93+45.05 (east line of Lot 74) to Sta. 107+20.05
Golden Maple Road from  Littlemore Drive to the north line of Lot 54.
Wind Stone Drive from Littlemore Drive to Milwaukee Street.
East Hill Parkway (northbound) from Littlemore Drive to Reston Heights Drive (sidewalk on east side only)
Alley (Outlot 1) from Golden Maple Road to the east line of Lot 74.
Alley (Outlot 10) from Wind Stone Drive to the east line of Lot 221.
 
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1966 $363,900.00 useful life of 40 years.  
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on November 16, 2004.
