WHEREAS, Meadowlands, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Silver Dawn Drive from the west line of Lot 40 (existing street) to Golden Maple Road.
Half Moon Court from Silver Dawn Drive to Silver Dawn Drive (looped street) (sidewalk on one side only)
Red Birch Run from Silver Dawn Drive to the north line of Lot 29.
Golden Maple Road from the south line of Lot 53 (existing street) to the north line of Lot 70.
Public Alley in Outlot 1.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1967 $164,186 useful life of 40-years.
