Body

WHEREAS, Charles M. Myers has satisfactorily completed the installation of sidewalk improvements listed below in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following sidewalks be and are hereby accepted:

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1904 $23,777.08 useful life of 40 years.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 2 year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on September 29, 2004.
