Resolved that water service lateral installation improvements in Stone Crest Estates - Phase IV, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,500.00 to expire not earlier than April 20, 2007, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
