NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that various easements are accepted or released by the City of Madison by the City's approval of Certified Survey Map No. 11080 of property located at 9401 Old Sauk Road and 618-634 Bear Claw Way, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Madison accepts the grants of easement to the City, right-of-way release or procurement documents or any other related document or documents as deemed necessary by the Secretary of the Plan Commission in accordance with the approved Certified Survey Map and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute any other documents made necessary by the recording of Certified Survey Map No. 11080.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all dedications included on this Certified Survey or required as a condition of approval of this Certified Survey be and are hereby accepted by the City of Madison.
