Private Contract, No City Funds Are Required.

Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in High Crossing Fifth Addition Phase I, Private Contract No. 1713.  (17th AD)

Body

WHEREAS, High Crossing Limited Partnership, has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

City View Drive from Wall Street (existing street) to the south line of Lot 60.

Quarry Park Road from City View Drive to the east plat line.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said bituminous pavement shall have commenced on June 30, 2005.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1713 $23,815.61 useful life of 40-years.
