Estimated total cost $170,000.  Funds are available in Acct. No. CB63-58015-810409.  Note:  Existing contract amount was $50,000.  Another $120,000 will be authorized.

Body

WHEREAS, the existing waste transfer station is in need of repairs and the building structure is antiquated; and

WHEREAS, the facility's offices, restrooms and locker rooms are insufficient to meet current needs and do not meet current building codes. 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to increase the total cost of the existing agreement with Strand & Associates, Inc. for Design/Engineering Services for Olin Avenue Transfer Station to $170,000.
