Body
WHEREAS, a racist and anti-Semitic newspaper was distributed in the Glen Oak Hills Neighborhood during the Holidays; and,
 
WHEREAS, the newspaper's messages of ignorance and anger were found morally repugnant by Madison residents who read the publication; and,
 
WHEREAS, the residents who received a copy of the newspaper requested that the Common Council understand their frustration in receiving the publication that was filled with hatred;
 
BE IT RESOLED THAT, the Madison Common Council joins Madison residents in unequivocally opposing the newspaper's racist, anti-Semitic, disgusting, ignorant, dishonorable, idiotic, repugnant, shallow, and uneducated messages.
