Private Contract.  No City Funds Are Required.

Body

WHEREAS, Harmony Living Centers, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of sidewalk improvements listed below in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following sidewalks be and are hereby accepted:

Commercial Avenue (north side) from the existing sidewalk easterly to Redland Drive.

Redland Drive (west side) from Commercial Avenue northerly 150-feet+.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1978 $22,152.42 useful life of 40 years.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said sidewalk construction shall have commenced on June 29, 2005.
