Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in Hawks Woods - Phase I, Private Contract No. 1865.  (1st AD)

Body

WHEREAS, Midland Builders Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

Feather Edge Drive - Soaring Sky Run to the North Plat Line.

Talons Way - Feather Edge Drive to Sugar Maple Lane.

Sugar Maple Lane (west side only) from a point 86-feet+ south of the south plat line northerly to a point 47-feet+ north of the north plat line.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1865 $48,152.28 useful life of 40 years.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said bituminous pavement has been completed.
