Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Addendum No. 1 to the Contract For Subdivision Improvements for Owls Creek Subdivision - Phase I, Contract No. 2054. (16th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, on September 27, 2005, the Developer, Nelson Group Development Corporation, entered into a Contact For Subdivision Improvements for Owls Creek Subdivision - Phase I, with the City, and,
WHEREAS, prior to the release of building permits for Lots 1-11, inclusive, 14, 15, 32, 33, 36, 37, and 50-52, inclusive, individual site plans indicating that the grading of said lots conforms to the approved plan for lot corner elevations, shall be submitted to the City Engineer for approval, and,
WHEREAS, the developer shall maintain surety in the amount of $2,500 per lot until said site plans have been approved by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute Addendum No. 1 to the Contract for Subdivision Improvements for Owls Creek Subdivision - Phase I, Contract No. 2054, with Nelson Group Development Corporation.
