PREAMBLE
On September 24, 2003 the City of Madison entered into an agreement with Foth & Van Dyke and Assoc., Inc. for surveying services (Contract No. 5565) with the authority provided by Council Resolution No. 60823, ID No. 34558 adopted on September 2, 2003.
The contract with Foth & Van Dyke and Assoc., Inc. was for the preparation of surveys for eight 2004 street reconstruction projects. The amendment will provide topographical surveying for an additional survey that was not included with the original contract. The additional work consists of additional surveying needed on Lien Road from Zeier Road to Felland Road. The additional survey work included extended limits of complete topographical survey and additional survey adjacent to the interstate for drainage/stormwater design and management.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an amendment to the present contract between the City of Madison and Foth & Van Dyke and Assoc., Inc. for "2003 Street Reconstruction Surveys", Contract No. 5565, for additional surveying services.
