Amend capital project Acct. No. ESTM-58270-810352-00-53W0302 to increase expenses and ESTM-79440-810352-00-53W0302 to transfer in revenues from Landfill reserves in the amount of $63,800. This amendment would also require a transfer out from Landfill reserves CL53.57458.000000 to the Stormwater Utility to cover the project costs of $63,800. No General Obligation Borrowing is required.

BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Sycamore Landfill Storm Sewer Construction, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easements from the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
4) That the 2005 Capital Budget is amended by $63,800 within the Stormwater Utility and Landfill Funds.
