DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance allows patrons to leave premise to comply with Sec. 23.05, MGO, specifically to smoke outdoors without requiring repayment of admittance charge.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
      Paragraph 4. of Subdivision (g) entitled "Patron Regulations" of Subsection (12) entitled "Centers For Visual And Performing Arts" of Section 38.06 entitled "General Provisions And Hours" of the Madison General Ordinances is repealed.
 
EDITOR'S NOTE:  Section 38.06(12)(g)4. currently reads as follows:
"4.      Not permit any patron who leaves the premises to be readmitted prior to closing without payment of the same admission or cover charge required of patrons entering the premises initially."
