Resolved, that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in High Crossing Fifth Addition Phase I, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,000.00 to expire not earlier than July 1, 2006, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
