Resolved, that water service lateral installation improvements in Troy Court which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,000.00 to expire not later than August 4, 2006, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
