The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

Paragraph 3059. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

"28.06(2)(a)3059. The following described property is hereby omitted from the C2 General Commercial District and M1 Limited Manufacturing District and added to the PUD(GDP) Planned Unit Development (General Development Plan) District:

Being: part of Lots 100 and 101, Farwell's Addition to the Village (now City) of Madison; all of the "Replat of Block 1, Fair Oaks"; part of Lot 12 and all of Lot 13 of Mrs. Alice M. Kingston's Subdivision of Outlot 102 in Farwell's Addition; part of Lot 10 and all of Lot 11, Block 4, Wakeley's Subdivision; all of "Sullivan Replat"; the West 25 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Anzinger's Replat; and part of the NE ? of the SE ? of Section 6, T7N, R10E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows:

Beginning at the point of intersection of the West line of Farwell Street and the North line of the Union Pacific Railroad (formerly known as the Chicago and Northwestern Railway); thence 1040.88 feet along the arc of a 2551.78 foot radius curve to the left subtended by a long chord bearing S73°41'47"W, 1033.67 feet (recorded as S73°43'02"W, 1033.72 feet) to the East line of Division Street; thence along the said East line N01°25'28"E (recorded as N0°19'W and as N01°29'58"E), 157.99 feet to the Southeasterly ...
