AFFIRMATIVE ACTION COMMISSION
MICHAEL M. JOHNSON, 150 W. Gorham St. #6, 53703 (4th A.D.) - reappoint to a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. First Appointed 9-1-2009.
TERM EXPIRES: 4-15-2014
LAURA SORENSEN, 2614 Green Ridge Dr., 53704 (17th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Ms. Sorensen is an accountant with the World Council of Credit Unions, Inc. She succeeds James J. Chiolino.

ALCOHOL LICENSE REVIEW COMMITTEE
SAMUEL STEVENSON, 406 E. Washington Ave. #4, 53703 (2nd A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Mr. Stevenson is working on his Master's in Public Health. He succeeds Mark D. Woulf.
