I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen committee appointments. Committee applications for mayoral appointments are attached. Statement of Interest forms are on file for these appointees.
AD HOC REAPPORTIONMENT AND REDISTRICTING COMMITTEE
SALVADOR CARRANZA, 7837 Wood Reed Dr., 53719 (1st A.D.) - appoint to the position of Adult City Resident. Mr. Carranza is an Academic Planner with the University of Wisconsin System Administration. He serves as the President of Latinos United for Change and Advancement, is the Chair of the Latino Education Council and is a member of the Board of United Way of Dane County and Communities United.
WARREN ONKEN, 9 Coach House Dr., 53714 (3rd A.D.) - appoint to the position of Adult City Resident. Mr. Onken served as an alder for 28 years. He is a former member of the Overture Ad Hoc Committee and the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center Board.

MARK RICHARDSON, 158 Dunning St., 53704 (6th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Adult City Resident. Mr. Richardson is the Vice President of Economic and Workforce Development for the Urban League of Greater Madison. He serves on the Diversity & Inclusiveness Committee of the United Way of Dane County and is a "Big Brother" for the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Dane County.
