Ms. Brown has agreed to be reappointed through November, 2010 to oversee the 2011-2012 funding process. Upon completion of this funding process, a new Early Childhood Care and Education Committee Representative will be appointed to this committee. First Appointed: 10-16-2001.

He formerly served as a Legislative Aide in the Wisconsin State Assembly and had internships in the legal departments of the Office of Governor and the Wisconsin Supreme Court. He succeeds Charles G. Center, who has served more than 10 years.
