STEVE FIX, 6209 Birch HIll Dr., 53711 (1st A.D.) - appoint to a two-year term to the position of Adult City Resident -1. Mr. Fix has 30 years experience as an environmental analyst with the State of Wisconsin. Involved in work on wetland delineations, non-point pollution abatement issues, water resources & environmental assessment of major infrastructure projects. He succeeds Laura Hewitt.
