ADA TRANSIT SUBCOMMITTEE TO THE TRANSIT AND PARKING COMMISSION

MICHAEL A. HUCKABY, 2041 Helena St., 53704 (6th A.D.) - appoint to a two-year term to the position of Ambulatory Disabled User of a Fixed Route. Mr. Huckaby is a self-employed business owner. He is an avid proponent and daily user of public transportation. He is a former member of the committee.
TERM EXPIRES: 8-5-2010.


BUILDING CODE, FIRE CODE AND LICENSING APPEALS BOARD

LOUIS J. OLSON, 1001 N. Wingra Dr., 53715 (13th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Mr. Olson is a preconstruction manager at J. H. Findorff & Sons, Inc. He is a cost estimator and understands many of the implications of codes and effects on design and construction. He succeeds Daniel Murray whose term expired.

CAPITAL AREA REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION (CARPC)

STEPHEN J. HINIKER, 118 Bascom Pl., 53726 (5th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Mayor's Appointee. Mr. Hiniker is executive director for 1000 Friends of Wisconsin. He succeeds Anne Sayers who did not wish to be reappointed.
