Ms. Bean is executive director of research and development at Rogers Memorial Hospital in Oconomowoc and is principal consultant for Biomark. She has experience in the field of alcohol abuse and is responsible for the pilot project in Waukesha County to reduce drunk driving in the State using new drug tests. She has been a part of Downtown Madison, Inc. for two years and participated in developing the plans for an initiative to reduce drinking in college students. She succeeds Stephanie Rearick who did not want to be reappointed.
