Body
I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen committee appointments. "Statement of Interests" forms are on file for the appointees required to file.
ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW BOARD
CAROUSEL ANDREA S. BAYRD, 4901 Sherwood Rd., 53711 (20th A.D.) - reappoint to a two-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. First Appointed 3-18-2003.
TERM EXPIRES: 10-1-2009.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
KELLY A. THOMPSON-FRATER, 3 Waushara Cir., 53705 (11th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a four-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Ms. Thompson-Frater is a registered architect. She has served on the Plan Commission. Ms. Thompson-Frater succeeds Susan Canty who resigned.
TERM EXPIRES: 4-15-2008.
DISABILITIES, COMMISSION ON PEOPLE WITH
WILLIAM J. TANGNEY, 2706 Union St., 53704-5135 (15th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Mr. Tangney is retired, and has worked with people with disabilities for several years. He succeeds Michael O'Connor.
TERM EXPIRES: 4-30-2009.

EARLY CHILDHOOD CARE AND EDUCATION BOARD
WILLIAM C. WEEDEN, 3030 Maple Grove Dr., 53719 (7th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Citizen Member. Mr. Weeden is an assistant clinical professor at the University of Wisconsin Law School. He succeeds Erica Laughlin who resigned.
TERM EXPIRES: 4-30-2010.
