I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen committee appointments:

AFFIRMATIVE ACTION COMMISSION

AUGUSTINE S. TATUS, 905 Twin Pines Dr., 53704 (17th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a two-year term to the position of Adult City Resident.  Mr. Tatus is a fiscal planner with the State of Wisconsin.  He is active in several civic organizations.  He succeeds Angela Russell who resigned.

TERM EXPIRES: 4-15-2008.

STATE STREET DESIGN PROJECT OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE

CELIA A. KLEHR, 933 N. Fair Oaks Ave., 53714 (17th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Madison Arts Commission Representative succeeding Scott Thornton.

TERM EXPIRES WITH TERM ON MAC: 4-30-2009.
