I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen appointments. "Statements of Interests" forms are on file in the City Clerk's Office for those appointees required to file.

AFFIRMATIVE ACTION COMMISSION

NITZA A. PFAFF, 14 Black Stone Cir., 53719 (1st A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a current two-year term and to an additional two-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Ms. Pfaff is employed by Donovan Financial Services in business development. She is active in many civic organizations, including Centro Hispano. She is a member of the Small Business Advisory Council. She succeeds Lendell Alston who resigned.
CURRENT TERM EXPIRES: 4-17-2007.
FULL TERM EXPIRES: 4-21-2009.

CDA HOUSING OPERATIONS SUBCOMMITTEE
For Information Only. The CDA Chair recommends the following:

DEBRA HENNING, 806 W. Washington Ave., 53715 (13th A.D.) - appoint to the position of CDA Resident Member. She succeeds Alice Fike who was moved/appointed to the CDA Board Member position.

COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMITTEE

ALAN M. SWEET, 6321 Buford Dr., 53718-3116 (3rd A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Community Representative. Mr. Sweet's 31-year career working for the State of Wisconsin was working with social services and economic assistance programs, and the last ten years were in the areas of child care quality improvement and subsidy assistance for low-income families. He is retired. He succeeds Erica Laughlin who resigned.
TERM EXPIRES: 10-1-2007.
