Body

WHEREAS, Jon Lancaster has satisfactorily completed the installation of sidewalk improvements listed below in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following sidewalks be and are hereby accepted:

Sidewalk on High Crossing Blvd. adjacent to Lot 1 (5314 High Crossing Blvd.)

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2022 $17,265.00 useful life of 40 years.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year warranty shall have commenced on September 30, 2007.
