Body
WHEREAS, Reston Corp. has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
East Hill Parkway (northbound) from the existing street northerly to Littlemore Drive.
East Hill Parkway (southbound) from the existing street northerly to Reston Heights Drive.
Littlemore Drive from the midpoint between East Hill Parkway (northbound) and East Hill Parkway (southbound) westerly to Wyalusing Drive.
Reston Heights Drive from Wyalusing Drive westerly to the midpoint between East Hill Parkway (southbound) and East Hill Parkway (northbound).
Summertown Drive from Wyalusing Drive northwesterly to the existing street.
Wyalusing Drive from Broad Creek Boulevard (existing street) northerly to the existing street.
Pedestrian-Bicycle path in easement across lots 253, 255, 263, 264, 265, and Outlots 27and 28.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1983 $375,287.13 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on February 1, 2006.
