Resolved, that water main installation improvements in Grandview Commons - Phase V, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $3,000.00 to expire not earlier than May 3, 2006, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
