RESOLVED, that Water Main and Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in Covance Labs Building Addition, which have been completed and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,500 to expire not earlier than January 20, 2010, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
