Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution approves plans and specifications and authorizes the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for South Point Public Works Facility. The total remaining cost of the project is estimated at $51,681,605 (see attached document for project estimates). There is $43,725,937 of funding available for this project in the Streets Division's Capital Budget (Munis #13016). Additional appropriation may be required and will be determined at the time of bid award.

BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for South Point Public Works Facility, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
