DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance creates twenty minute parking zones from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on any day except Sundays and holidays and establishes a bail deposit for violations of this section.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Section 12.127 entitled “Twenty Minute Parking 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.” of the Madison General Ordinances is created to read as follows:
“12.127 TWENTY MINUTE PARKING 8:00 A.M. TO 6:00 P.M. No person shall park, stop or leave standing any vehicle, whether attended or unattended, for more than twenty (20) minutes between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on any day except Sundays and holidays on any of the following streets or parts of streets.
