Title

Accepting curb and gutter, sidewalk, and other public infrastructure improvements constructed by private contract for West Johnson Street Apartments PUD, Private Contract No. 1801.  (4th AD)

Body

WHEREAS, Normandy Partners, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on West Johnson Street and Marion Street adjacent to the West Johnson Street Apartments PUD located at 535 West Johnson Street.  

WHEREAS, the Developer has failed to return the Lien Waivers and Affidavit as required in the Developer's Agreement and that the Statute of Limitations has expired.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on May 3, 2001.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No.1801 $13,521.00 useful life of 40 years.
