Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in Reston Heights - Phase IV, Private Contract No. 1815. 3rd Ald. District.
Body
WHEREAS, Reston Corp. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
Wyalusing Drive - North line of Lot 204 to the south plat line
Stockbridge Drive - Wyalusing Drive to the east line of Lot 146
Bluff Point Drive - Wyalusing Drive to the east line of Lot 140
Annestown Drive - Wyalusing Drive southwesterly to the existing street
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said bituminous pavement shall have commenced on November 3, 2004.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1815 $31,806.32 useful life of 40 years.
