Body

WHEREAS, High Crossing Limited Partnership has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:  High Crossing First Addition - Phase II

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said sanitary sewer improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said sanitary sewer improvements have previously been assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and are reflected in the Madison Sewer Utilities "Utility Plant In Service".
